R and A Properties,LLC is owned and operated by Robert and Amanda Brown.  Purchasing property, developing property and selling building lots is the focus of R and A Properties. Rob Brown is known for creating building lots that comply and compliment the surrounding properties.  We can purchase your property, help you develop your property for you or sell you a perfect building lot.  Alll our parcels are perc approved and ready to build on immediately. 

Ranging in size from 1 acre to 32 acres and located throughout the community, the properties have varying characterics to meet your specific tastes.  Some lots are open. Some lots are wooded.  Some lots are a combination of the two.  Many are perfect for horses.  There are several lots in our inventory with water sources from creeks to stocked ponds.
